Why Haven't I heard of Them?
Basically because they do not waste money on expensive advertising. Instead they rely on word of mouth advertising from satisfied customers like me. In fact, in a recent survey 94% of customers said they would recommend  Utility Warehouse to a friend. They are regularly featured in consumer review articles and were recently voted the UK's best Utility Provider, by the leading independant consumer giant, Which? magazine. Which? have also voted us the  UK's best broadband and home phone package service provider and Best buy for home phone only.
Why Do They Not Show in the Price Comparison Websites?
Simply because they refused to pay the comparison sites just to be recommended by them. When an energy comparison site claims to be independent and impartial, it is possible that this is not entirely true, and their recommendation may be based upon the level of commission they receive. There are several media articles around where journalists have proven that if you type your details into 3 or 4 comparison sites, you may well get very conflicting results each time!
How Can They Offer Cheaper Utilities?
Because they do not have high street shops and do not waste money on expensive advertising campaigns The money they save enables them to consistently undercut other suppliers and offer you the best deals.
How Much Could I Save?
The more services you take, the more you save. Typical annual household savings* are £803 calculated in Spring 09. Click here to find out how much You could be saving
What's In It For You John?
Because they do not spend money on high street shops, salaried sales staff or expensive advertising, they pass on that saving to you the customer and are still able to pay a small commission to distributors like me.
Isn't It A Hassle To Change Companies?
Absolutely not. I couldn't believe how simple and hassle free it was when I joined. It's just one simple form that I take care of for you, or you can apply online. What's more most of your services come through the same pipes, lines etc so you hardly notice a thing - except the money you are saving!
Do They Provide Services To Businesses Too?
Absolutely. In fact they offer incredibly competitive prices on energy services in particular which can save business users like restaurants, shops and factories a fortune.
How Do I Find Out More and Sign Up?
